Review Of Brighton Pear Resorts

On 21/11/2024 i went to abohar for business purpose and booked this property as all good properties were fully booked due to ongoing marriage season. When i reached the location / property it was completely pin drop silence there as i was the only one to check in around 9 pm. When i entered the room allocated to me, i was shocked to see the condition of the room. The room was completely different from what it was shown on make my trip. Even their was no tv unit available in the room to watch as shown on make may trip. Moreover the room was full of flies and mosquitoes. When i complained about the same to the reception they give me silly excuse by saying that the have been renovated as earlier the property was give on lease. However, the room was not showing any sign of renovation, rather the same was in a messy situation even their food quality was not up to the mark. My experience even further deteriorated the next morning during shower. Their was geyser installed in the bathroom, however the same was just for a namesake as the cold water was only coming from the tap and shower.

Dirty rooms, broken light switches, hygiene issue, dirty linens, informed hotel and mm t on first day but not received any resolutions. Guests wait for two nights for improvement but nothing was happened. Hence guest check out from hotel and stayed in different hotel.

I went there with my family. I paid more than other hotels so that i can make my family more comfortable. But what i found, bathroom was full of smell and bathroom light was not working, it was complete dark. And i complaint them about it but they told me it will be changed next day as they don't have electrician available. Room was full of mosquitos and bed sheets was dirty and complete room. I planned to stay there for 2 days but very next day i checked out.

It was business stay, room was comfortable washroom was clean, hotel services was excellent and staff behavior was very courteous. Overall it was value for money. Suggested to all.

I have to pay extra to the auto driver to reach the hotel, as it was on the bypass Side of the City. So location wise it was not convenient. The room I stayed in was quite good, but when I asked for a room heater, they provided it to me which was not working. Apart from this everything was good.

The hotel where I stayed in it was a resort and the rooms were like hut structure, but the rooms were good and comfortable. The location of the hotel was far from the City and the hotel was very neat and clean. The hotel was not very expensive, it was justified the amount which I have paid. I stayed there for business purpose and my overall experience was nice.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The room we stayed in was awesome. The location of the hotel was great it was in front of the market. The money we have paid to stay in the hotel was justified our stay.
