I have seen many mosquito's and many many more cockroaches in my room. Sound pollution is also high.

Sir, thank you very much for your review, yes we accept about the presence of mosquitoes, we are trying our best by doing permethrin fogging and providing Allout in all the rooms, and in this season there are swarm of mosquitoes in the entire town due to paddy crop cuttings in this month. But we will make sure to rectify the complaint. Thank you.

We had booked five rooms for 10 persons. We used this hotel for night stay on our way back from srisailam to bangalore the hotel was very comfortable for our stay, all the facilities were good. We had booked the rooms with complimentary breakfast. In the booking information to the hotel it was mentioned as primary member + members. The receptionist told me that the rooms are booked for 9 members and charged extra for the 10th breakfast. As was in a hurry did not try to make him understand we had booked rooms for 10 members. Which was clearly mentioned in the booking information shared with me. *

businessTo start with, i have travel-led to nandyal for the very first time. I had misconceptions about the place being the village like amenities and the locals. But when i reached it was mind changing. To talk about bmr bala lodge, the staff was very accommodative and cooperative. The room allotted was spacious, clean and best in budget. I couldn’t imagine such facilities and the service. As said earlier it was unexpectedly good experience.

I was booked at 11th sunday december, the receptionist said to me "check in time was 12:00pm" i was gone on in early morning 4:00am, he said "extra payment 600 give me and we will give a room other wise not give to you. Here what's problem is i came from from guntur early in the morning for attending allagadda marriage, i was booked before 2 days. Unknown nandyal people how to know that hotel rules and regulations.

Brother, how can some give a room 6hrs before your checkin time, alas my receptionist was kind enough to accept to give a room at an extra pay. Will you go to airport ahead of your booking and ask i came now you so you start the flight ! no, right! then why are you expecting us to give a room. You would have rechecked the timings before booking a room and book accordingly, all mistakes are at your end.

Pathetic stay

Booked at the last minute showed only available room at the lodge. Was sure of make my trip so accepted but was in for a shock when we landed. Location is good easily accessible by rick. But the room was pathetic. No intercoms, no working tv. No running hot water. The weather was hot 38 degrees. To top all of this there was a power failure at night. No power back up for these rooms on the 1st floor. Spent a dreadful night and day at this place if it were not for my husband who took them to task we would have not got another room. But after this arduous night we preponderance our tickets and left from this place.
