Need to maintain good atmosphere and in washroom shower not working. Hot water not came properly. Need daily room cleaning if we ask they are provide otherwise they are not showing interest to clean. They are noticed wifi pasoword but its not working

I booked delux room ac, but it look like a poor lodge single room, even space very very less in room for walk, no house keeping very poor, beds are not cleaned, no water bottle etc.

The property is easy to find and very clean. Unfortunately, some of the team are not speaking english and they kept telling me my stay was one night and not two! even when i showed my booking on my phone!

Uncomfortable in the sense, what was the issue troubled you pl let us know so that we will try to rectify, by the way for this price there is no hotel in nandyal which provides a room, apparently we have provided what usual travellers expect from a hotel, just by mentioning a star rating doesn't help any one. In a prime space we have provided car parking, 24*7 hot water and spot less linen with a blanket, we tried our best.
