Service is good and staff behaviour is excellent, the hotel is looking good, good experience for staying in the hotel

Nicely done heritage hotel in a serene and tranquil setting. Good variety food for breakfast and dinner. Very helpful staff who spared no effort to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Would recommend without hesitation.

I was visiting the rampur agucha mines for some work and found out that there's a limited options available for hotels, found out this heritage property with great space and pool with good reviews on internet. Stayed at this place for 3 days and it was peaceful, food was delicious and home cooked. Great hospitality by the staff members. Good place to stay

Entrance: very dark, no security guard, no instructions signs at gate room: ac, lights, fans are good. No telephone for reception or any other service. Nobody picks up mobile phone. Bathroom: no exhaust, you have to open window for ventilation, you can be seen easily from outside on window open. No privacy at all. Staff: very polite, no uniform and not well trained. Swimming pool: very dirty occupancy: only 2-3 rooms (out of 20) were occupied.

If you looking for peace and tranquility and some fresh air, this is the place. Rooms are heritage and nice n big. Bathrooms are updated and clean. Food menu could be limited but it gives you feeling of being at home

The host in the hotel was a very shrewd person. He wasn't welcoming at all. The rooms were as shown in the pictures, but for such a big and royal place, the customer service was absolutely worthless. Probably, if you bring the host out of his rajputana pride, the experience would've been better.

Excellent stay, if you totally want to relax and enjoy the nature or read a book. The food was awesome.

Don't ever think of stay in this gotel, overly priced not good hotel, bogus stay, nothing is there in this jungle based nonsense hotel, improper locality and hotel. Not even telephone in any room for room service

WiFi connecticity inside the rooms was an issue, food is dearer in comparison to the room rentals. Food rates need optimization. The food quality is very homely, the hotel staff and butlers were gentle and attentive at all times.

It claims to be in Ajmer but is 70kms far from the place. Beware and don't waste your money by paying for something you can't reach and they don't refund it as well. I would also request hotel and various travel portal authorities to ensure that the hotel is listed appropriately for its place and not the absurd claim that it is in Ajmer district.
