The AC was not working. Asked multiple time to the staff but there was no satisfactory solution. These type of services and ambience can be availed Overbudget.

It was very excellent all staff are very good and very helpful

1) staff behaviour is very poor and bad. 2) most of the staff chewing tobacco. 3) room was big but unhygienic. 4) tv not working properly 2-3times called staff to fix it. 5) the kettle not working. 6) wi-fi not working properly network issue. 7) food was good but not sufficient for 1person so too costly. 8) the reception guy was so rude i told about the everything, he said "yahan aisa he hai kuch nah i hoga review dal dena. 9) chauffeur not available in the hotel, not even clean the car after tell them to clean the car in the morning. 10)

On make my trip app however last time i stay in mohali with the same hotel. While stay in hisar first issue is network. 5g not available however wifi of the hotel was pathetic

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there.

Clean and peaceful atmosphere with proper service or more think food quality is good. There is a feedback signboard should be on road or near by for hotel.

Hotel location is 7km away from hisar city, staff is good but hotel is not operating as per standards of best western, i think they don't have a kitchen - they ask for food orders in advance and after 1 hr you will get food which seems like they re-heat the food even chapati also. No buffet breakfast there

Far from the city, tariff is on hire side. Staff is helpful but services need to be improved and fast.

The hotel main gate was closed at 2:30pm when we reached for check-in. Worst kind of service and cleanliness. Carried my two suitcases and a handbag to the room, no help was even offered. No valet at the valet table, unloaded my luggage, went and parked the car, came back and loaded the luggage on myself and checked in. Wouldn't open the restaurant at lunchtime due to low occupancy and gave us the only option, which was to order room service. Food was alright. Towels and bedsheet had food stains on them. There was no breakfast buffet, limited breakfast options, i had to have burnt toasts. Nobody was there to check me out. I had to wave the room key at the cctv above reception and then keep it on the table. This is despite prior information of early departure and clearing dues. Don't be deceived by the brand best western, it means nothing. This property shouldn't be listed as a hotel, it is a wedding venue.

Not recommend this hotel, shower was not working towel was stinking, maintenance was zero

Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel is on Hissar bypass so if you actually need to be in the city plan for that extra 10 km. Other than that the rooms are nice and clean the housekeeping and reception staff is polite and attentive. The restaurant manager should get used to serving solo women travellers!

Location was between the fields that's the most important thing for me it was an overall awesome experience for me.
