Very poor ambiance and not hygiene place to stay not recommend anyone further to stay in the property

Worst experience of my life. Whole promises ACs are not working. We have to roam around here and there till 12:30. After creating hue and cry they have change room around 1:00 AM. Definitely waste of money.

Waiter services needs improvement. old hotel need to improve room service

I have booked suite room with jacuzzi, but hotel hasn’t provided me my pre booked room. In place of this they made me to stay in normal room. Stating all rooms are booked. Very terrible experience

The hotel location is 3-4 km away from the city, staff is very unprofessional, we has 04 rooms on the same day, we ordered food from 01 room and while ordering we told the person to split the bill equally in 04 rooms but when we reached reception to check this they denied for this and 4-5 nos. Hotel staff including gm and restaurant incharge started talking in very worst manner and also they are not so educated about customer handling. Very poor staff, i"ll give no rating to this hotel, my worst stay ever anywhere. In the mng i have given room key for check out at 9:58am but they completed my check out in 40 mins at 10:42. Never recommended this hotel to anyone.

Corona safety measures are taken by every staff of hotel. It is appreciable. Every one wears mask and practice social distancing. Proper sanitization procedures are done

Room heating system was not working. No hot water in room. All n all was a average stay.

We got this star property at a great price from the company. The check-in at the hotel even during midnight was hassle-free. The room was very clean and spacious even better than many reputed hotels. The central hot airconditioning worked well in the room allotted to us. The quality of the toiletries could be a bit better.
