very bad experience. dirty rooms n washroom, staff is not Coprative

Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, which raised serious hygiene concerns. There is no lift available, and the stairs are unusually steep and high, making it very difficult to go up and down—especially for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Additionally, the rooms were extremely small and felt cramped, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or accessibility.

Team no toiletries are provided in two room also no mineral bottle are provided as it's mentioned in itenary shared by you. Room wall are dirty even in one room they put paint container in almirah.

Hotel is good and Staff was helpful also.

No proper service by hotel staff. The room lock was damaged and not working. Difficult to reach Third floor without lift, stairs also not compatible. No Towel and soap provided

It was not like a hotel it was like some one house there was absence of hygienic and it was far away from the road and there was absence of transportation in that area from railway station. Deeply disappointed by the room.

title: disappointing stay – would not recommend i had an extremely disappointing experience at baba swami palace- varanasi. from the moment i arrived, things went wrong. check-in process: the staff was unprofessional and disorganized. the room was not ready upon arrival, and there was no proper reception or anyone available to address the situation. cleanliness: the room was filthy. there were stains on the sheets, and when we requested a fresh bedsheet, we were told that dry bedsheets were not available in the hotel. the bathroom was not cleaned, and there was a terrible odor throughout. it was clear that the room had not been cleaned properly. facilities: the amenities were in poor condition. the shower had inconsistent water pressure and temperature. the so-called "free wi-fi" was non-existent, making it impossible to work or relax. noise: the noise levels were unbearable, making it difficult to get any rest. customer service: when i tried to raise these issues with the front desk, the staff was dismissive and rude. no efforts were made to resolve any of the problems. overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve ever had. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will certainly never return. it was a total waste of money. at the very least,
