comfort doesn't match with price also property shows much on photos but in reality not a single things available also they have Manu of minibar at room but don't have single product except water shower doesn't working at there suits room AC turn off Automatically don't have satup box for TV when they provide satup box it was not recharged food was great but very less options to go with

Location very bad area

LOCATION: Very scenic location, barely 4km away from the city of Amreli - which is hardly any distance if you have your own mobility. Auto Rickshaws are easily available for the commute, if required. I would always prefer this hotel over the other hotels located in the city. ​FOOD: Very good food - it was prepared to our expectations and requirements. Ms. Sushila is a superb host - she proves hospitality is more a matter of practice and attitude rather than those degrees from institutions. AMENITIES: While the cottage that was allocated to me was a compact one, one notices wide open spaces all around - very pleasing. VERY UNFORTUNATELY, they insisted that I park my vehicle outside the gates - 'that is the Rule' as I was told. This part was THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTING. I learnt this on arrival hence I did not have the option to walk away. We had to carry my baggage to the cottage - not a huge discomfort but surely deplorable. I wanted to put them at 2-stars due to this attitude. The layout and the design of the resort has certainly allowed for vehicular movement inside the campus. Cottage itself is quite cozy and nice though the commode cleanliness was below expectations. SERVICES: Mr. Shivam was very attentive and professional. He failed to attend to my just one request though. The rest of the team - they did not appear to be attentive - once I collected the room-key in the evening, none of the 4 persons on duty at the reception realized that they should turn the power ON from the central control - I had to call up from the dark cottage to report this issue. Although I only had to endure the trouble for just a few minutes, the disappointment is - How come they did not realize this on their own. ​OTHER COMMENTS: We were pleasantly surprised - the management provided us with complimentary breakfast, although it was not in the booking. My stay was too short for me to be able to explore other facilities on the property. ONE TROUBLE - they have a dog which kept barking; intermittently though, all through the night - now, THAT IS A SERIOUS NUISANCE.

Poor service. Less staff. Took my luggage to the room by my own and to my car also by my own. Only 1 staff who was handling all. Overall will never repeat this property for stay.
