Sir please tell facts to everyone instead of lying for your own satisfaction and happiness. The truth is you have made a reservation of a double bed ac room with a extra bed by mistake. So your company being my regular customer, you 3 were colleagues and it was hard for one of you to adjust in extra bed so i personally called balvantji that if u want i can provide a 3 bed ac room so there are no issues from your side. And later after check-in as mentioned we don't have lift and the room was at 3rd floor there comes the "VERY DIRTY ROOM SERVICE IS NOT GOOD, BALVANTJI at least have guts to speak truth. You by your own mouth said to me personally your rooms and service is nice but i cant climb to 3rd floor you need to give me another room & as my hotel was full and was unable to adjust anything the customer started behaving rudely.
