The aminities mentioned while booking were.not there in the room , check out process was conflicting wrt to invoice , Beds were not.clean ,geyser wasnot working , no toiletries for the second day ..

Hotel room not facilitated with Tv and no any telephonic service for room and water supply also not good for washbasin. My overall stay experience is not good.

The hotel is good but the washroom is very bad. Staffs are co operative. Food is good as directed.
