Review Of Alishan Wood Castle

1- Hotel distance of railway station & office 2- This hotel for couple & family stays not for official visitor stay

When we reached Alishan Wood Castle for hotel room, there was no one at reception. We had to call them. When a staff came there, we had to stand for half an hour while registering. We were not even given a chair. After registration, we were taken to the hotel room and after that they turned on the AC and left and did not see anything. There should have been a shampoo and soap along with a hand wash for us in the bathroom, but it was not there. There was a soap named medimix, but they had already used it. When we saw it in the morning, we could not say anything. The water in the bathroom was getting blocked. When we saw, we saw that hair had accumulated there. We had to remove it ourselves. That's the only thing that we felt bad about, but the hotel is very good and is in a good location. Overall, we liked it. We want to go again after booking the hotel through Make My Trip. Thank you.

service was very poor (unexpected 😡)

Room is excellent, you will not get the feeling like typical hotel where room service is available 24/7, but good veg restaurant is there, excellent movie theatre is there, come, stay, watch movie and leave for your destination, don't miss the breakfast, it was mind blowing.
