Food
There were no veraity in door every day same meal. Utensils were not good, cooler were working properly and room services was very slow

Terrible Stay
Rooms are dirty, heaters not working, not provide napkins-towels, not provides drinking water, actually it is graceless hotel.

Average stay
familyI stayed for two days with my family. Room were quite spacious but there were so many ants and insects in the room. Though it didn't bite. It could be because of season also. Geyser and set-top box will not work by default. You need to call them and ask for it. Bathroom was okay but water was leaking from flush. Staff was courteous. Location is very far from Railway Station and not many options to eat nearby, but place is closer to the places you want to visit. Hotel does not accept card, in fact, no place in Chitrakoot accept card. Overall stay is average.

It's a good hotel, location is little far from ram ghat, rooms are specious, hospitality is excellent, manager is good person and helpful, power cut is problem

Good hotel. Conveniently situated in the centre of main tourist attractions. But no shops like tea and breakfast are Around.

Nice place to stay with family. Good location, staff are also very good.

Clean lines need to be maintain
Bathroom was not clean doors was not locking properly. The bathroom tub and mug were broken and then to kept for use. No room service.

Our stay was fine
Location is good, room was OK. No photo. It is very near to popular sites of chitrakoot. The management and staff were courteous and well behaved but presently they didn't have breakfast and flooding arrangements.
