Stay in stay vista pink palace was a mixed experience. The property was good but firstly we got lot of trouble in reaching the same as the gps direction was not proper. Breakfast was horrible and options were limited. The property only had one caretaker who was for maximum time not available for any service. Overall it was not upto the mark against the fivestar rates charged

Pink palace, a royal holiday

The villa was cozy and comfortable, a little secluded from the bustle of ooty but still close to ooty lake, the housekeepers were extremely co- operative and made our stay and excellent experience, breakfast was also wholesome and really good

familyProperty & location are good and as shown in the pictures. But there is no lunch and dinner to order as stated. The beds and hot water facility has to be improved. The complimentary breakfast also get delayed and not so good. Vineet is taking care very well in all aspects especially in arrangements and promptness
