This is not a hotel, it is home stay which is located in coonoor, not in ooty, 16KM away from ooty, there is no such amenities or services , even we did not get water for drinking or tea, coffe. Rooms are good but no cleaning at all.

property is good near and clean, but there is no wifi no tv nothing. I had booked it for my parents, they wanted to rest but they had no internet connection, no tv they had to sit simply in the room, also it's a house with 1 bed room in ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor, there is no let to lock the room so keeping things in the room is at risk. breakfast fast was included but we had to go and check after which they are like oh you breakfast, we will make pls wait...
