I paid the money online, but can't get room. I stayed in another hotel. I cannot get money back from hotel owner because I can't able to connect them, can you help me to get my money back.

familyI have not seen such a dirty hotel in my life. The bathrooms ,the bedsheets was unimaginably dirty and soiled. The staff was unprofessional. The owner kept calling us till 2 am and asking us the payment details even though we had paid in advance.
