Hi sir sorry for the inconveniences that you face but the lock and ac are perfectly fine if you ask at reception how to operate them. Drinking water is chargeable as per the hotel policy of thirty rupees.

Worst hotel experience ever

This is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Hotel looks like a old conjusted pg very small place and small rooms and cleanless is 0. Check out time is 10 am in the morning and they dont even give some time for cx's to get ready. Worst staff and my worst experience ever in this hotel
