worst experience ever - do not book! i stayed at jai shree palace, tedi bagiya, agra, with my family for one night, and it was the worst hotel experience i've ever had. the room had an unbearable unpleasant smell that made it hard to even stay inside comfortably. despite repeated requests, we received towels after a long delay, which was incredibly frustrating. the breakfast service was abysmal – not only was it delayed beyond reason, but the food quality was absolutely terrible. it was barely edible and completely ruined our morning. the staff's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and irresponsible. their service was extremely poor, and they showed no concern for guests' needs. they clearly lack basic hospitality training. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. stay away if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!
