Staying in a Hotel Ambience Inn was a good experience, cleanliness, staff was also supporting, needed to be changed some look wise & renovation to be done as property was constructed earlier.

familyReceptionist misbehaved- 40 + aged guy who speaks hindi. Used bedsheets and pillow cases were procided, found dirty hairs on the bed, new room was bit cleaned still used bedsheets.

Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous which made the stay comfortable. Breakfast options were the same 3 items every day which needs to be varied at least. Location was good though road facing rooms were noisy.

Rooms were not ready while check in. Check in time was 12 pm but we were late we reached at hotel 10 pm at that time they were not sure about our booking as they got wrong information about our stay. Secondly in one of the room fan was not working properly. When i asked to provide alternate arrangements to provide me with ac facility as fan was not working first he denied it but after he provide it
