Worst stay

I had the worst experience over there. The property was not good. The room was not clean. The staff was not co-operative and not helpful. This property was not valued for money and I will not recommend this property to anyone.

Worst service

They provided a worst service and people over there were very rude, it went to a extent like we really had a bad fight and they use slags and they don't allow to get in to the pool and because of the fight they didn't switch on motors and there were no water till 12 pm in the afternoon and we had kids wit us, because of that we could not use toilets and could not take bath, at last we called the police and then we checked out from there, worst service I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Very good rooms at affordable

Very good location near to bagha beach, Coco Beach, etc Rooms are new and have all facilities and very near to market also if you want to buy any daily usage things. Very peaceful area also and a good view from balcony.

Good for honeymoon.

The room I actually booked is very near to the Calungate beach, but they have 2 different hotels and I was offered to stay in the one which is near to Humble Inns Avanti. It's located at a good place, near to Calungate beach although not very near as I thought of it to be. Room appeared to be for Honeymoon couples, not for bachelors(2 male). I arrived the hotel at 2:30AM and had to checkout the next day morning 11:00AM. Requested the staff to come to room to deliver paid breakfast, which was not done. The rooms are pretty small. And only 2 could accommodate, so if you're planning the share the room with a 3rd person, it's not a good idea.
