Terrible Stay

Bed is not good room is not cleaned properly geyser is only 2 to 3 liters can't fill the bucket too. Blankets are also not neat. Lift is not working.

Very bad, firstly we had booked a room for 3 persons but they only gave a single room with no extra mattress as agreed before. Then they gave us a room at 3rd floor with a room being available on the 1st floor. Thirdly those two only "caretakers" refused to carry our luggage their and exclaimed "self service ". All this while the lift was not working. Also no extra blankets were given for the third person. The attendant also started abusing us. Not at all recommended.

familyThe picture of the room and hotel that showed while booking made was misleading. The basic comman amenity like lift not working comman kitchen only used by staff. No fridge. Room cleaning never been done. It's service apartment not the hotel.
