Very bad. Hotel manager charge extra. Money. For hotel. Room

Stay was good. Staff was ok. Didn't have kitchen but had breakfast booked before hand. So that was inconvenient. May be mm t was at fault or hotel but i feel mm t was wrong. That's it. Ok ok ok

Very poor room decipline. And book the ac room and provide anthor room. Very poor hygiene.

Place is not good for family. The area was pathetic and it was terrible.

It's really good and budget friendly. Nearby chandigarh station walking distance. Good place and market. Stuffs are good and well behaved. Bade bhai, was good and he was polite too. Ac/washroom/ tv/wifi/ even fan everything was working in proper conditions. Cleaning services and clean bed and delicious lunch and dinner. You can book the hotel if you are looking for good and budget friendly stay.

Room was not clean, food was expensive. There was no ventilation in the room. However room was cheap for rs. 500 only still basic amenities were not proper.

This hotel has been my worst staying experience till date. I have never had such poor experience. There's only one staff at the reception who was not very receptive and well behaved. The room was extremely unclean and had bed bugs. The sheets and the blankets hadn't been changed. The room was in such a terrible shape with walls and ceiling falling apart. Moreover, the wasn't clean as there was dust and waste everywhere. There was not even a dustbin in the room. Even worse, there was no water in the morning in the bathroom for more than 2 hours. When I called the reception, no body picked up. Then, finally when the receptionist came, he was least bothered to Apologise for the hassle and inconvenience. I also forgot to mention that no toiletries were provided with the room. I have no idea how this hotel is a part of Oyo, and how is it rates 3 stars in the MakeMyTrip app. This is utterly misleading because I have never stayed at such an uncomfortable place before. These kind of hotels should not even be listed on these websites.

Room space is good but washroom is very small and very low light is available in room.

Inspite of my repeated request of late checkin, there was no one in the reception. I had to wait for 30mins then the service boy came. And given a room which he was using. There were alcohol bottles and cigarettes (beedi) in the cupboard. The towel provided to me was worse than doormat. No bucket and mug present in the washroom. Though after my request to remove all those filthy things from cupboard, to provide new towel, to provide bucket and mug were availed. Food is also reasonable and taste is ok.

My stay was fabulous they even accepted my early check in request and mr vanish bhardwaj the reception manager was great attending to all the request and services a great gentleman surely will visit next time here

This is very short to Chandigarh Railway Station, then room quality good but food service is normal.
