Imperial Hotel

Unpleasant stay and not worth for money.. we could see some worms running over bed and pillow, dirty pillows, smelly washrooms and many things to avoid this hotel

My experience was not at all good, there was no bolt from inside so you can't feel secure, mattress n other facilities were not at all good. I don't have anyimage right now

Smell wale rooms cigarette smeel very bad condition we spend only 10 mints and check out waste of money and time

Staff is cooperative and polite. They have maintained cleanliness and the hotel location is also easily reachable.

Room was clean. Service boys were very polite.

Dirty linen with very average rooms.

Infrastructure is poor staff is gud n hospitable

Old property have not properly managed. I was start Google navigation to reach hotel but location of hotel on Google 20km away from actual location where hotel exist. Waste my 1hr to reach hotel. Also I got my invoice but that invoice not GST included az my booking GST invoice

We were 5 friends travelled Chandigarh for business purpose. We booked the hotel because other hotels were not available. The location was safe as it was in front of DC office. Value for money is acceptable.

Hotel was definitely on lower quality side. Washbasin was falling off with tap about to fall off. Cleanliness was also on lower side. All this at Rs. 2600 is just too much. We moved out as soon as we could.

I was went for some official reason to Mohali. So I booked this hotel as per convenience. But living here was nightmare. AC was leaking. Washroom was not clean. Room was very dirty. Room service phone was not working. Name it and everything was worst. Good property but need to be handled properly.

Very good room nice tub. Food was tasty and location is very easy to reach. Room was very comfortable service was very nice staff was very cooperative atmosphere is good. Overall I was very happy to stay at Imperial Hotel.

Hotel is really bad, it is more of a dharamsala. Rooms are very dirty, bedsheet was very dirty, AC was worst than normal fan, absolutely no cooling. No maintenance of the rooms, not even worth 500 and I paid 2. 5 k for this.

By the time we reached there by booking our tickets through MakeMyTrip, it was came to our notice that, there is no proper linkage between MakeMyTrip & concern hotel. in fact there were completely unaware about the fact, customer have already booked their accommodation, since, we are coming there on the faith that everything is done from our end after paying the consideration on such long journey & you are showing poor co-ordination with the system, this is not at all expected. Kindly, take a note of the same and do needful in this regard.
