Terrible Stay

Hi , I have visited the room by 29th and the service was not good. There is not reception and there is not guidance guy to guide and room is not good. Flesh not worked in tha bathroom . Room smell was poor . So planned to vacate within 1 hour because of the room service. White trying to vacate. No one is read to attend my call for handing over the room key. Kindly help me to get a refund

Not a great experience. Booked this place as a couple, but it was really disappointing. They didn’t even provide proper blankets—just a small towel-sized piece. Not even soap in the bathroom, and the water dispensers were empty. On the second day, I asked the manager for a proper blanket and he said he’d take care of it, but nothing was done. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for a comfortable stay.

I can tell my name and write a review but i don't want to , because I am a reputation to live upto. first of all my family was admitted in the hospital and we were on and off running towards the hospital, we requested the management to check the mosquito issues which was troubling us from night but till the third stay Afternoon no help was scheduled, when I was suggested that they will shift the room ,I said okay but that also not given , on top of that one lady started to blast me over the call when I repeated said we have some emergency and can't wait till you send your housekeeping at your convenience because when we requested and when the issue was taken into consideration was over 24hrs .. I request not to take this property in case you wish to stay even for a day time regards unsatisfied customer
