Good things- well maintained room and facilities are good and always clean. staff is cooperative and always available to assist. Watchman especially both are good and professional always awake and even during late nights Food prepared by staff is recommended to have if you visit Things to improve- Swimming pool had broken ladder had near miss accident and also tiles broken at 2 places in pool. Flooring in common place can be made good since it had crack and broken in room with tv. AC needs to be fitted on room with pool table and room needs to be maintained since it was very hot during rain as well and were sweating always when we went there

The property was nee t and clean and 10 mins walk from beach. The geyser was not working but the issue was addressed immediately and thereafter the geyser started working properly. The caretaker was helpful.
