Considering the 2 star rating and pricing, the rooms were really good and spacious with a good amount of facilities.
It is located within the city and comfortable for my business trip. Room is also clean & neat. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is ok, but you can have food variety of restaurant near by. Simple & good.

Service is poor. Rooms are spacious but they stink. Housekeeping appears to be non existent. They wont even serve you water till you ask. TV and AC work (Thank God!
The only good thing about the hotel is its location - heart of Colaba and very close to Nariman Point.
No value for the money they charge 3k/n). Avoid it if possible.
Room floors are dirty, no privacy and smells really bad. Not easy to find. Staff is helpfull but I don't like staying there. I checked in there by 12 pm afternoon and went out to look for another hotel in next 10 min, same day by 3pm I checked out. So not as per the expectation.
