Hotel O Sukhi Palace

They total extra 500 rupees from which adds to 1200 per day and the rooms were not worth it

They say the apps show wrong prices and ask for extra money which is not at all worth it please avoid stay here very very rude people

Usually Budget hotels are not maintained well. But this one meets the expectations even though it doesn’t look great from outside. only negative part is hotel staff ask for extra money to checkin if we book. This annoyed me the most.

The o sukhi, demanded us extra 250 inr saying. Hence they demanded us to pay them extra. This was not acceptable as we had no option, had to pay them extra. Nothing else apart from this. I had never experienced. Asking extra money from customers isn't fair when we had already paid.

Hotel fellow asked for additional 1300rs from us. When we contacted make my trip person he said pay the amount and send the invoice to them and promised to refund the additional amount paid. I have done it. Now i received a message simply came saying that issue resolved. No refund done. Extremely unhappy situation. Planning to knock consumer forum.

O sukhoi palace is a horrible lodge. No a c, no fan, no mosquitoes oil and also very very bad behaviour no no water. No lift. No cleaning. At last it’s not aloud he. Thanks

Found cockroaches, mat is not available for restroom

Hotel rooms are ok, location is good

2 days breakfast was not provided. There is no service available. Phone in the room not working. Overall bad experience

Lots of scope of improvement specially bathrooms are very small
