a water bottle provided in hotel rooms towels were not fresh doesn't feel like star property

Location was very good. I reached hotel at 10.45 am but I was given room at 11.45 after lots of argument. While checking in I asked for a Tea for which there was no response and at 1.30 I was told that they don't have food facility. No basic amenities like Water bottle, Towel and very shockingly No Intercom. One has to dial from our own mobile no to speak to staff. After requesting they gave 1 towel. From 12 noon till evening 7.30pm I reminded atleast 8 times to recharge TV and everytime I got very wierd reply. A staff member used to come switch on the TV and leave the room saying that it will be done in 10 mins but no response. Finally at 8 pm I got epic reply mentioning that because of rains they are not able to recharge.

Worst experience every, no air conditioner, no dooor lock, rude staff. We checked out within 2hours

No room service no water in toilet to flush bucket and toilet seat was very dirty. No towel, soap.

Dharan residency - 1. Bathroom is not up-to-date. Looked dirty. 2. Airconditioner is in very bad condition. Not working properly. 3. Tv is not working properly. 4. Bathroom tap is in broken condition. 5. Water bottle facility not available. 6. Bedsheet is not properly cleaned. 7. Water in bathroom some time coming & sometime not. 8. Staff service is really poor.

property denied check in then again I paid for check in . A very pathetic experience

Room not cleaning daily response also not good water bottle not provided

1 st washroom tap is not working. 2 nd day room not cleaned 3rd day also room not cleaned & the water bottle also not provided.

Rooms are good. Maintainanace and room service needs to improve. Low on staff, cable was not available.
