Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8 by IHG

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the front desk staff were warm, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities you could need – a comfortable bed, a good work desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a clean, modern bathroom. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day, ensuring everything was tidy and well-stocked.

I visited Sector 36 for a holiday, and it was a pleasant trip. However, the dining options for dinner and breakfast were limited. Additionally, there was no kids' play area, which was a drawback. To improve, I think they should expand their menu variety and create a play area for kids. This would attract more people, especially families, and make it an ideal staycation spot for Delhi and nearby cities.

It was excellent stay, good and well mannered staff. They know the best hospitality. We really appreciate their humble gesture of providing us services even after checking out. They were very kind to us and provided us the maximum comfort . We are very grateful for their amazing service .

The property is beautiful and brand new. The breakfast spread was also great. Only the location is difficult to reach due to the small service road and a long U turn from the highway. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Everything perfect , from the check in till the check out, the restaurant and other staff are really helpful at any time. Also the gym is 24/7 open. Everything is fresh, new, and perfectly clean.
