unprofessional staff and unhygienic stay basic amenities where missing terrible stay. towels where not provide which later provided was not clean, bed, pillow all where unhygienic, toilet was is a very bad conditions no soap etc no proper flush

The hotel is very bad and as not per the pics shown. The facilities are pathetic. No shower gel, no towels, not at all good place to stay please do visit the place and check

Good Stay
It was good location and food service was good but it's cost little bit high cleanness was good feels comfortable and AC is working fine and Good behaviour from staff overall is good experience I can recommend to others to stay thanks

im a solo traveler and i had been stay around 7 days. Its been a pleasant stay at hotel royal and location is very good and food was absolutely nice, they are serves from udupi park and taste was ultimate. Mr. Ali receiptionist is very helpful and provides good service at anytime. Room service also very good and well attentive mr. anam was very supportive. There is one more guy, he takes shift in morning to night name mr. Apal, exactly i don't know his name but he is very genuine and kind person. i would be a happy customer and i suggest my frnds and family for bangalore trip

Nice receipstionist and Good Management

Im thameem and solo traveler. I had a pleasant stay at hotel royal stay which is really gives good and happy stay. Room service mr. anam is very helpful and receiptionist have two shift which is Mr. Ali and one guy Apal very kind and perfectly done his job. over all good management and food was nice which is serves from upudi park and thats very taste. places are absolutely very accessible for public transport which is very near for metro stations. Phoenix mall is very near to this property and There is masjid behind the hotel which is absolutely great for all Muslim travelers and nice ambience. over all i would rate for team 10 out of 10 and i had a pleasant stay around 7 days and we all are lived as family and friends. kudos to team and thanks for fab hotel and make my trip.
