Affordable, clean, and convenient—this hotel ticks all the boxes for a budget stay. I was surprised by how modern and fresh the room looked. Everything was well-maintained and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were cheerful and helpful. It’s located near a few nice restaurants, which made getting around easy. The value you get for the price is exceptional. I felt comfortable and well cared for during my entire stay. Will stay here again next time I’m in town.

Found hitel via Make My Trip. Location ideal for the veach, shops and restaurants. Good size rooms with effective a/c. Staff efficient and helpful. Tasty breakfast served.

Rooms are not clean specially bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was really bad. Connectivity with beach was good.

Old property. Staff was not great. Staff did not clean room on saturday 21st dec. Hot water was not available on sun-day morning. The explanation from staff was useless. Poor maintenance of the property with poor housekeeping of the overall property.

Very bad ... Experience with fabhotel casa dos Reis... Staff uncooperative, reception manager too roude.... TV didn't worked... Water service they can't provide... Totally disappointed 😞😞

hotel was neet and clean, staff were supporting. there are 2 flows in the hotel - 1st that most of the rooms don't have room mirror and 2nd one is that the menu for breakfast is always same, i.e - bread, paratha, poha and egg omelette. one more thing is that, most of the rooms they charge as sea view rooms but only from the rooms of 2nd floor you can see the sea that to a little view.

property location is but property not maintain by owner, and service boy are very lazy and not active and do not response timely and kitchen are unhygienic and service boy are drinking and smoking on guest area, drinking water facility are not available only bottle services available
