Good and best location and its affortable, will visit again. Walkable to hotel and other basic things

Parking facility was there when i booked the hotel but the parking was roadside room was different from photos while booking. Bed was poor

Very poor experience. Room had a foul smell. Cost was exorbitant, and the quality doesn't match the price. room is definitely not worth the price

Staff was not courteous and rooms were not that much clean as expected

The room had lots of cockroaches at night. Plus the health faucet in the toilet was leaking. The body wash pump didn’t work so we couldn’t use it either. For a room for which we paid ₹ per night we expect these basics to be working well which isn’t in this case

Emerald suites by kallate is best and economic saty at kormangala. Amenities and market is in vicinity. Stay was cozy & comfortable

This place is in the heart of koramangala, walking distance to all major streets, clubs, and famous places. About hotel & staff, rooms are clean, house keeping is punctual and managers are always helpful and approachable. Thank you for your service and i will return there soon.

Checkin delay for 30 minutes. There were no a/c and t. V. After complaining they changed the room on the same day but there was water leakage from a/c and t. V, same condition not operating. Again we complained and they provided set-op box with un recharged and a/c with not even worked. No wind or nothing

Room not clean. Breakfast worst.

Room was clean, staff was good. But amenities were short as mentioned. Set top box was missing. Room and washroom were very small but price justifies it well. Good for short stay

Overall stay was good. Staff were polite enough and very responsive. The only con is the size of bed is small. 2 peoples can’t sleep on that. No, that’s it.

there will be certain amenities which were not there, like laundry and all.But talking to the owner, she arranged it all The best part was service and polite and humble staff.

Worst service, it was like me staying in some deserted village, anything I ask coffee, tea and even soap, they say it's not available, tea is served only at early morning and evenings. Poor room service, lift is switched off at night. It was a nightmare. Please remove this hotel from MakeMyTrip. It's worst for business travelers.

I was in Bangalore for 6 nights but unfortunately during the Corona virus lockdown. I spent most of the time in my room which I was grateful for it's comfort. Everything was clean and I felt safe. The staff treated me like a celebrity and were always cheerful and welcoming. Considering I was in a challenging situation, the entire experience was excellent. The location was perfect with loads of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. I didn't get to see any of the sights in the city but will return again and stay at the Emerald suites. Thanks to everyone for making me feel at home.

Excellent trip it was. Nice hospitality and services. They've provided us a clean and lavish room. Facilities were up to the mark. Well managed property. I would like to recommend this property to others.

The location was peaceful and calm. The room was up to the mark. Cleanliness and facilities were average over there. All things over there were average. It was my average stay.

Hotel is very near to 80 ft main road, rooms are clean and spacious. No restaurant at hotel but has lot of restaurants near by. Car parking may be an issue if you have a SUV.

Very good hotel for the price, and location is a big plus
