familyThey showed us one villa at the time of booking after we reached goa they showed another villa which is very far from where we selected. And the caretaker was very irresponsible. He didn't even cleaned villa at the check in time also. We keep on calling him around 4 pm he came and cleaned the villa. And the next day he didn't even lift the call. And the villa is also not that much great. Even cooking utensils are not that much good. If we use the pool, the society people are not allowing us to swim or use the pool. It's very bad experience for us.

Location: not very good, in the interiors with narrow lanes. Property: well maintained. Amenities: all good except the wifi.

Villa is good but maintenance is very bad no proper cleaning, washrooms has bad smell lot of mosquitos and flies even after multiple times request to give her some spray they dint helped us. Kitchen stove is not working and after multiple reminder they gave one small stove on the last day of our trip in total very dissapointed

Very good place for group travellers

The property looks the same as in pics ..the rooms n bathrooms were very neat … caretaker is always ready to help … except for the location, this is a very good place for stay… if u have rented vehicles, then no issues at all … only issue we had was regarding the heater which was not working in night…would definitely recommend this place to others … too good for this price for a group… everything is same as mentioned. will definitely stay here for the next trip …
