Firstly don’t follow g maps to reach the place there’s an alternate nice road that leads to homestay. Aunt y is super friendly and helpful. The place is economical for solo travelers and if you’re travel-ling with friends and lived in hostel you’ll surely enjoy the vibe

1. The homestay itself is good but we had a difficult experience here dealing with the host 2. We booked the stay for one person. My boyfriend came to drop me off and was at the facility for 15 mins max, and the host started making an issue saying if two people are staying you need to pay for two people. We kept saying he’s not staying and has only come to drop me off, but the host kept arguing saying it’s not allowed and what we are doing is wrong. 3. They also turned the ac off in the afternoon saying ac can be turned on only when all 4 beds are booked, and can’t be turned on for 1 person. Maybe they should specify this on their page. 4. I was going to leave the same night as i had booked the place only to do my work during the day. Which was also an issue for the host saying it’s not a hotel and leaving at night disturbs them. Maybe also specify timings for your premises and not inconvenience your guests. 5. My boyfriend couldn’t even come pick me up at night because they would’ve caused a scene again. If they have such strict rules, they should call them out upfront.
