Staffs are very friendly however the property is not up to the expectation. Water in pool is not clean, water tap wasn't working properly, no mug was kept in the bathroom.

Worst experience. They gave us rooms for check-in at 4pm making us wait for 6 hours in the pool side. Very poor services. No cleanliness, they had no towels ready, no breakfast. Extremely worst and rude staff

Hotel is in very bad condition broken beds bar and restaurant is no more, they are using it as their kitchen, swimming pool is there but one can not get into it water is not changed since ages staff behaviour is very bad we booked for 3 nights but we checked out in one day it was worst experience. My charger was stolen from room it's not a resort local lodge is far better than this make mytrip should take this out from their listing. No water provided no towels no blankets no tv in room no toiletries no complementary breakfast
