We visited Caravela beach resort for 3N in Oct 2025 with family. It was a very comfortable stay. Pros : * It's beach resort. This beach is very good shallow beach with soft. Very much fun for kids. * People were very courteous and many ask for review of their respective service. Special mention to Mr Deepak for Golf lesson at 7:30 in morning and Ms Radhika in resturant for taking care of small needs. * Big kids pool and deep pool for adults with bar. * Breakfast spread was very good and catered both Indian and foreign audience. * Superior room were spacious. * Golfcourse and lesson available. * pool, TT, PS4, carom and small kids games/activity available. * 4 resturant options. * Dinner buffet had lot of variety. * Food taste ranged from decent to very good. Cons or things to improve. * Kids area doesn't get any natural light and feels small because of it. They should think about it. * Food pricing and quantity should reviewed. Worth the money aspect is missing. I see same feedback given by earlier users too. * salon lady could have been more accommodating on complementary service

The hotel enjoys an off best location, having direct access to the beach with beach chair and shack. The beach is clean and peaceful. The reception staff are warm and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and quick access to the rooms. Breakfast is another highlight, served until 10.30 am and offering an impressive variety of options. Most Rooms are with garden view. A special word of appreciation to Ms. Ankita Dhakal, service personnel, for her thoughtful and courteous gestures. On knowing our departure she brought a beautifully decorated Happy Journey cake along with her supervisor and chef.

We had an amazing and very comfortable stay at Caravela Beach Resort with our family. The property is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well maintained – everything from the lush green well maintained gardens to the beautiful pool and common areas was spotless and inviting. we stayed for 3 nights at Caravela. the experience was awesome. property is very pretty and properly maintained and it gives access to Varca beach(very clean and white sand) where you can walk long stretch. Nice beachfront property with good service. Overall look and feel is great and buffet options are value for money. Only downside is pigeons in the dining area of atrium. Management should take additional efforts to maintain hygiene in this area which hosts the buffet meals.

Misleading Pricing and Security Concerns – Guests Beware. Stay was good . Okayish experience. As caravella mailed us regarding a discounted buffet price which is Misleading. Caravella Resort advertises a buffet at discounted price but quietly adds GST at billing, making the actual cost higher than what is communicated. This feels misleading as the mail gives the impression is final. Worse, at checkout a group of cab drivers blocked our pickup right outside the hotel gate, forcing us to drag our luggage out while they created chaos. Even though our cab driver was from South Goa, they stopped him, claiming only select drivers can pick up from the hotel. The shocking part is that this happened in front of the hotel gate with no guard or management stepping in. For a property of this standard, such pricing practices and lack of guest safety measures are unacceptable. Travelers should be aware before booking.
