It's a nice place to stay. It's located opposite to capital city of Goa. Highlight of the stay is Mandovi river. Though it is isolated from the city, ferry conner's the city easily.

Good location. 1 Staff at a time for the entire property. Plenty of cockroaches in the room made our stay bad.

It was a nice stay with that property, everything as per the expectation. The location was pretty good with the Sea view from the property. The room was comfy and clean but there was no open window inside, one window was there but it was jam. The property was safe and the staff member was really nice. One thing can improve the stay experience that is the food, food facilities were available but available on demand and that takes more time. I can suggest that property to others.

Nice and vi River Side view hotel with only 2 rooms, very nice for couple and people who want peace of mind.

The best place I've ever been. Wonderful ambiance and location just on the river banks. The room service, personnel was very friendly and always available. On the whole, a wonderful experience I will say.

This hotel have just 2 rooms. Staff is very helpful.

Entrance of hotel is through a garbage dump where you can get 24/7 empty wine bottles alone. No food. no water, no lights. Very difficult for a human being to survive there. stinky stinky place. Don’t ever go there. Beware of the two stinky huts.
Horrible. Not sure if that’s a hotel. Horrible location of hotel, stinky place. Hotel’s entrance adjacent to a small slum and a local bar, no lights. There is no hotel board at all. I had to stay there for 2 days unfortunately as I paid for it and no cancellation was possible. Hotel has 2 huts built adjacent to a stinky sea shore. There is nothing provided at hotel. No water. You pay for everything there. No lights at nights. You get scared to come out of room. No one knows about that hotel. Never ever stay here. Total waste of money.

It was a good experience staying there, service was good, staff is superb best thing which I experienced . Only problem is the crows which crated problem in the morning during the breaksfast. You need to take care for the crow part so that guest will enjoy the morning breakfast silently while enjoying the morning view around. One more thing you can improve the food menus so that heat will be having much options

If we are going to Goa, I will consider this place again primarily because I feel that this is a great value for money !! Service was not great. We paid for 3 people but they gave a blanket for only two and just a bed sheet for the third person. I ended up with a cold thanks to the AC, and no blanket. But besides that everything else was okay

This place has an amazing view. Though the cruise are noisy it fades away in the night. The keeper is very helpful. He does all the chores. They help no matter what time it is. They have maintained it really well. No Complaints!

I had a 4 days stay in this hotel and I have came Goa many times but this time it was very different. Location 5/5 best stay in a budget value and a very friendly staff. Special thanks to Yogesh for decoration and thanks to Subhash Bhai and very caring owner.
