We booked the luxury room but they don't have luxury room. First night they give ordinary room and on my extreme request they shift me to another which is also not so good

Firstly I would like to inform you we don't have any luxury rooms category and please check your booking voucher as you had booked a standard room. I request you to please look at the picture of the category you booked. Moreover, we gave to executive category which almost double to the standard category.

groupVisited the hotel second time. Staff is very friendly and location is best near Baga as its just few minutes walk away in the Tito's Lane. Rooms are good with balcony not that big nowadays for 2 people. Just outside the hotel you get a great restaurant Punjabi Rasoi which serves best food nearby.

Stayed in this budget friendly hotel with family for 3 days, located on Tito's Lane, 5 min walking distance to Baga beach. The room was clean, having AC, TV, Wi-fi and 24x7 hot water availability. Manager and service staff were friendly and supportive. Breakfast was good and we were offered complementary dinner too, overall nice stay, no complains and may prefer in future as well.
