Terrible Stay

There were no safety standards being followed in the hotel except a sanitizer vending machine. The toilet was unclean and stinking smell emanating one, so i had to aske the care taker to clean the commode and toilet seat. The cloths and bedsheets were of full dust and the bed sheet was dirty and requested for a cchange of bedsheet but nothing happened. It was a below average stay, had a bad experience only

Depressing stay at Aman Residency

Waited at reception for 1 hour without any attendants to show us to our rooms. No rooms were cleaned and made us wait to clean after we arrived after our long journey. No room service and location is horrible. No accessibility to other parts of the city. MakeMyTrip should be ashamed to list this kind of hotel/stay/garbage on the app and should openly verify such listings before allocating to customers.

The property is a really good package of a comfortable room, proper hygiene and ample facilities. Caretaker was cooperative. Location was very convenient to reach. The property is budget-friendly. It is a recommendable property.
