The hotel was at odd location. View was okay types. Expected something more than this from Zostel.

Stay was average, didn’t match with my expectations

We had booked for 3 days. Our stay was horrible. Room was not so clean. Found a big spider in the bed. Our room was beside a dorms where group of 10 played games the whole night due to which we couldn’t sleep for whole night. We had to checkout immediately the next day although the stay was booked for more than 2 days. There was smoke everywhere in the premises. It was not case earlier there were certain rules being followed. Coordinator at the property was not of any help.

Average stay, far from main manali which creates a problem for food and travelling makes expensive but good for exploring old manali

There is no parking available. You have to walk for 5 min to reach the zostel. Overall service is good.

It was a very nice experience, the food was awesome and rooms were clean. The bonus point is the mountain view.

The property location was quite hard to find. We were walking around in the dark and cold trying to find the place. Moreover we had slight change in the plan and tried to move the date of our stay to a day later. But they didn't accept and made the cost of the change so prohibitive that we had no other choice but to change our plans again. And also you get much better places to stay nearby zostel if you just go there and book on the spot. That's what we did for our later days of stay. One good thing about zostel is you can interact with other travelers. But if your plan was to enjoy with your own gang of friends then zostel won't make for a sensible stay.

The room was not clean. The bed sheets were not changed daily. Plus room service was terrible. It was really bad

Location was a bit unaccessible with weary roads. Food quality was good. Dorms were spacious. Property caretaker could have been more cautious before barging in an "all female dorms."
