I recently stayed at Trident Agra for one night and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional – warm, professional, and very welcoming. A special mention goes to Asif at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable about the local area, and attentive to every detail. His friendly demeanor made a great first impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The Trident Agra itself is beautifully maintained – clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a restful night. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the room was quiet and relaxing. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and polite. The service across the board was excellent, whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the front desk team. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The location is also convenient, especially for anyone planning to visit the Taj Mahal or other attractions in Agra. I highly recommend Trident Agra for anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable stay with top-notch hospitality. And once again, thank you to Asif for making my visit extra special!

My stay at this Trident Agra was truly exceptional. The property itself is beautiful, very well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything a guest could need. What impressed me the most, however, was the hospitality of the staff. Whether it was a trainee or a senior staff member, everyone was extremely humble, courteous, and professional. From the Trident Agra managers to the dining staff, each person went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. A very special thanks to Beverage Manager Jakir Hussain and Hotel Manager Iqbal Ahmad for their constant support and assistance in every matter. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the dining team, especially Mr. Roshan, Tara, and the rest of the staff, who made every dining experience delightful with their excellent service and warm attitude. The food was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality. Overall, this Trident Agra sets a wonderful standard in hospitality. I highly recommend that everyone experience a stay here at least once in their lifetime—you will not be disappointed.

Nice property with a huge lawn and play area for the kids. Rooms although are a little small in size. They have plantations in the back yard and a pond with geese. If you’re lucky you can catch peacocks strolling around in the park. The food is decent can be better. One thing that truly stands out hands down is their hospitality and the way they treat their customers. The entire Trident Agra staff is so prompt, proactive and courteous that it’s truly praiseworthy. They really make you feel special. The location is easily reachable, very near to the Taj Mahal. Overall we had a really nice stay and enjoyed very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trident Agra. The property is beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was extremely polite and courteous, making our experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and on Independence Day, we were delighted by the special tri-color themed dishes, which added a festive touch. Overall, a memorable experience and highly recommended!

Exquisitely sculptured dishes and the warmest hospitality from every member of the Trident Agra team — from arrival to farewell, whether at the reception, restaurant, housekeeping, swimming pool, or kids’ area. Property is too good. Lovely place to stay. Hospitality was too good. Food was also amazing. Whenever I go to agra again, I will stay there again.

The stay was decent and courteous. But as a suggestion they should add in more options in their buffet. Otherwise the property was really clean and the rooms were maintained too but a bit small when compared to their gurgaon property.

The food, locality and service was excellent. If anyone travels to agra, this is the best resort to opt for.

The property is beautiful. Location is perfect as it’s very close to TAJ MAHAL. Food was excellent. Spa was not so great it’s small . Staff is welcoming and courteous. All in all it was a good stay

I had a good short stay. Had booked 3 rooms for the extended family and the overall experience was good. The staff overall is courteous. Breakfast spread is nice and almost all possible options are available.
