beautiful view from balcony but food is so costly and so many stairs to reach room

1. The hotel is not at all as per the pictures shown 2. ⁠maintenance needs to be done - leakage at roof 3. ⁠door wasn’t closing - no Provicy 4. ⁠flies and insects throughout and not sufficient pest control 5. ⁠please don’t get your parents the steps are steep and need to climb down atleast 100 steps making it difficult 6. ⁠approach road is in bad condition - if car of low ground clearance you will suffer Damage 7. ⁠billiards is broken, the jhoolas are dirty, Wi-Fi doesn’t work, constant power outages without backup in rooms . No heater provided 8. ⁠only good thing about property is the food

The place is scenic, staff is courteous even there was separate arrangement for driver to stay and have food. But the place need to be maintained, yes it is difficult to maintain a place at such a high altitude and property management have tried their level best to put everything at place but it is strongly lacking maintenance, it doesn't feel clean. Within the same range or by paying a few grands extra I think we can get better options around the same place with the same scenic view. Breakfast was served late and not great quality but lunch and dinner were nice. For a couple or bachelor friends good option but for a family with small kids not that good option.

The property is good but can be well maintain,the food was not so good and have less variety . the staff is very friendly and have good nature . But the service is not good and has to be improved .

The location and view is good. However, the kitchen and food service is extremely terrible. Taste is missing. Water is dirty (RO is dysfunctional) and ingredients are all stale. They don't refresh the groceries often. Plus, each food item is excessively expensive and since, there's no nearby restaurant, you don't have much option but to accept.

Overall stay was great. Vijay was very helpful. View was great. And food was good.

Pros - beautiful stay with a valley view, perfect cooked food, excellent supporting staff cons - so many stairs not suitable for age 55+ people, very dim lighting as after 6 pm lights are less in their path towards the room.

The location was good, the view of the mountains from the room was good, the food was good, and I had a bonfire along with that. The staff was good and the rooms were clean.

Location was good and the himalayan ranges view from the balconies was amazing as the weather was also good. But there were lot of flies in the room as well as in the breakfast area. Room had some seasonal insects as well may be due to rain and weather. But all this should have been covered under upkeep of rooms and maintenance since the rooms were costing as high as per night. The hotel did lack cleanliness as such may be due to its location and living upto its name treehouse. Food was good. Service was good. Staff did respond promptly to the requests on insects and cleanliness but it should be done proactively and before check-in. Locating the hotel may be a bit difficult as there are very less signages and directions once you reach nearby. And then its a long climb donw through stairs donwn the hill so not recommended for senior citizens. Overall view from the hotel and location was good but the upkeep at that high pricing and since its located with lot of tress around must be taken care of more effectively by the staff.

Property location is excellent and peaceful. You can see the beautiful mountain range from room itself. Food quality and hospitality is wonderful. Only problem is access for senior citizens as too many stairs to come down to property but it’s good for young and if you want nice view and peace.

Nice clean rooms. Excellent views. Staff very helpful and courteous. Only drawback is houseflies which are in abundance if you keep your doors open.

The venue was away from the city and remote. Food was good but there is nothing much to do. To reach the resort you have to take a fleet of 200 stairs. This is fine while going down but a struggle for most while coming up to the parking. Rooms were nice and clean but a lot of bugs and flies in the area that will keep on bugging you. The pictures of the resort are not same as the real resort. All in all, average stay. I had booked for 3 night but left after two as there was nothing to do. So plan accordingly.

the resort was easily reachable, the food was amazing,room so beautiful, the location was just perfect.

The stay was really good. Stay was very nice, amit and pankaj were especially really nice. They made our stay really comfortable. Food was also good, they went above and beyond the fixed menu to cook homely food for us.

Property is located 8 km from mukteshwar mahadev temple, the place was nice, 3 km from bhatelia main market of mukteshwar, 3 km from dhanachuli if you are going back to haldwani, you can also view bulagaad waterfall it will be on the way just a 2 km road inside from main road. 1. 6 km from lushtree backpackers cafe which has nice food. About tree house: good staff food awesome, they were ready to customise any thing that we asked, less oily food, natural taste on season of fruits around may end, jun e july, august, it's will be a nice stay as you can enjoy trees loaded with fruits in the premises. Rooms cozy, clean rooms cons: they have 112 stairs from parking to reception and another 20-50 stairs based on you room location, if old age or not so able to walk this may be a challange though they do provide the service for luggage and chair for old age very slow internet in case you are in business trip please ask in advance about good internet connectivity

The property offers a spectacular view of the nanda devi range. The staff is also very helpful. Food is okayish. Main black spot for the property is the approach way, which can be only accessible for young people or athletes or fitness freak. This is absolutely not recommended for elderly people or people having any sort of ailments. The way to the property is very steep and very unsafe and still under construction. They should also improve their parking facility.
