We booked it for one night. We opted for this place as our actual plan was to just rest for few hours. But after reaching their the manager, 2 of them told us that they don’t have rooms for this price all their rooms are 2k above. So i argued with them. So i tried to settle it down by stating that we’re gonna stay only for few hours and check out. I negotiated and paid extra money approx 900 and they agreed. They were lying at the beginning that they haven’t received my booking and that they are no longer accepting booking. So after i checked in, few hours later i contacted mm t customer care, they helped me out with the issue i got refunded the extra money that i paid. Please confirm your booking by calling the property beforehand.
