The location is in the lap of nature, lush green, peaceful and full of energy. We really enjoyed the trip all credit goes to the owner and care taker of the property.

इस प्रोपर्टी को बुक करके यहां पर रहने का मेरा अनुभव बहुत ही बुरा रहा। जब मैँ शाम को यहां पहुंचा तो पता चला कि यहां रिसेप्शन ही नही है। करीब आधे घण्टे की मशक्कत के बाद मुझे कोई मिला जो बता पाया कि मेरा रूम कहां है। स्टॉफ और मैनेजमेंट के नाम पर यहां एक भी कर्मचारी नही है। किसी दूसरे होटल के स्टॉफ को कुछ पैसे देकर उस से काम चलाया जा रहा है। ये प्रोपर्टी कसौली में नही बल्कि धर्मपुर नामक जगह पर है जो कि कसौली से 13 किमी. दूर है। वाई-फाई पासवर्ड के लिए मुझे 10 बार प्रोपर्टी मालिक को मैसेज और फोन करना पड़ा। रूम बिल्कुल गन्दा था और बाथरूम साफ नही थे। जो तकिया दिया गया उस पर पहले से ही बाल लगे हुए थे। रूम में मकड़ियां, कॉकरोच और उसी तरह के बहुत से कीड़े भरे पड़े थे। रसोई बहुत गंदी थी, R.O का पानी बदबूदार था। रसोई में जगह जगह बर्तन धोने का साबुन फैला हुआ था। रसोई में जो इंडक्शन रखा हुआ था ना तो वो चल रहा था और ना चाय बनाने की इलेक्ट्रिक केतली। पूरे दो दिन सफाई के लिए कोई कर्मचारी नही आया। रसोई में जो बर्तन रखे हुए थे वो भी बहुत ही गंदे थे। कुल मिलाकर बहुत ही बुरा अनुभव। यहां रुकने से बचें।

Amazing one week stay. Great host. Good to visit for short and long stays. Nearby town has all facilities

To be honest, start was a bit rough as there was no electricity when we reached due to heavy rains a day before and power backup also failed but the host made sure we get an alternative good property to stay till the electricity returns. He shifted us and made sure we were comfortable. After the electricity got fixed, we were brought to kasauli edge and the property was as good as mentioned. All facilities are available in nearby town dharampur. Nearby dhabas and cafes have great food. It’ll be more convenient if you have your own vehicle otherwise be ready to walk quite a lot. In totality loved the one week stay.

Staying in this property was not that satisfactory for us. Location was not easy to reach and The rooms were not comfortable. Sanitation and facilities were disappointing. Caretaker was helpful and food was good. Service and management need improvement.

It's not really a hotel but a bnb kind of set up with all amenities. Very reasonably priced and courteous staff and owner. Overall a pleasant stay.

Rooms and washrooms are neat and clean all over a nice stay. Recommended.

Home is very good. Washroom is very need and clean. But meal is much expensive here.
