I was literally disappointed, the staff was very irresponsible and the property owner was very arrogant and rude to me, they were looting, they didn't even care if you needed something for your special day, We were having an anniversary due to these irresponsible guys I have ruined my day.

In the picture it's showing good rooms but in reality the rooms are very compact and in the balcony no air crossing, small balcony with both side long walls due to another room's wall which makes the balcony very humid. Not a good view from the Apartment and a very messy area. We tried to get a refund but the owner refused and when you actually saw the property you will be disappointed.

paid nearly 12,000 for good stay , Hospitality poor , no gratitude, no welcoming staff , parking not organised. Forced to pay food bill on the spot. Late services.

It was a wonderful stay with spectacular view. We booked room with Jacuzzi and enjoyed a lot. Staff is good and cooperative.they have in-house kitchen which takes order till 10. Area sits in dhamakpur around 12km away from kasauli

2 nights stay in the presidential suite. Great location on top of the hill. Amazing views from the balcony. The final 200 meters are a very steep drive uphill but pretty much doable. They have a great rooftop restaurant as well.

The stay turned out to be average cause of the construction thats happening in the building non stop noise that lasted upto 9 pm at night and started at 10 am next morning no slippers in the room room needs to be carpeted as it gets very cold

Property is heaven on earth nicely maintained premium suit with jacuzi room is too good food is delicious but some basic washroom amenities are. Missing
