Terrible Stay

owner of the property is very irresponsible and rude .. we came all the way from chennai by our car with kids and we were so tired and when we reached over there first of all the property was locked from outside and nobody was there .. we blew horn and waited there for half and hour and more and after that we called them and firstly they were not receiving the call and when they received the call the person from other side shouted like we don't have collaboration and you people check your booking and go somewhere else.. it was so rude of that people ... and when we told him that we got your no from the booking details he said no we don't tie up ... so cheap people
