It was a perfect stay in best possible time of the year at end of September. We enjoyed the property as well as the weather . Staff were outstandingly helpful. The cleanliness at the beach site was beyond our expectations.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful property. Mesmerizing views. And Full relaxation. Good food and excellent amenities adds up to this experience.

property is very good but it is very far away if anyone is planning to visit site seeing is not possible two to three days in the hotel itself is very good the private beach is wonderful food was really good only thing its very costly and the swimming pool is under renovation this information should be shared at the time of booking very small part of the pool is working rest everything leaved upto the expectation good place to travel with kids they should have few more cycle. cost they are charging one or two cycle in each room as the rooms are very far from the lobby area number of buggy is less staff at the restaurant very good

We stayed at Taj Exotica, Goa, and the resort is truly stunning — vast, lush green, beautifully maintained, with elegant décor, a grand lobby, and multiple restaurants including a lovely sea-view one. The private beach was clean and peaceful, just a short walk from the resort, and the electric vehicle service made getting around easy. However, our experience was marred by poor service. Despite checking in after the standard time, our room wasn’t ready for 30 minutes. Staff often seemed uninformed and rarely followed up. The room key didn’t work initially, and getting a replacement took several calls. The front desk and travel desk were mostly unresponsive, and service for basic requests was slow. The food was average, with mix-ups in orders. The Divar Island trip arranged by the hotel was just about average, not what one expects from Taj. Overall, while the property is beautiful, the service and attention to detail fell short of the premium Taj experience.

Wonderful guest experience. We were welcomed superbly . Engagement with kids via a puzzle was brilliant . Sea view facing room was the ultimate vibe . Food at any of the restaurants was top notch . Full marks for all the activities and facilities . The Taj staff went out of the way to get medicine delivered to my room for my kid . The only feedback is to manager buffet breakfast experience better!

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Exotica, Goa. The property is truly one of the best, offering all the amenities you could ask for. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional hospitality. The staff consistently went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and well cared for. However, there is some room for improvement in managing the breakfast crowd. Guests often have to wait longer than usual to get food from the live counters. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we look forward to visiting again!

We stayed for 4 days. Overall, it was an average experience, nothing that truly felt like a 5-star stay. Food (Sala da Pranzo): Very disappointing — not only was the variety limited, but the quality and taste were also below average. The buffet and lunch spread felt repetitive, with only minor changes each day. On top of that, there were flies around the restaurant, which was very off-putting and definitely not what you’d expect from Taj. Service was also slow; even for basics like phulkas or tea, the wait was unusually long. Staff & Service: Another downside was the attitude of many staff members. Most seemed unwelcoming — hardly a smile, and whenever you asked for something, it often felt like you were troubling them instead of receiving warm hospitality. Room: Comfortable and well-kept, though we did spot a lizard once (not a big issue for us). Kids Club: The one true highlight of our stay! The Taj Kids Club was an absolute saviour — spacious, well-managed, and the team was excellent. A special thanks to Namreen for her efforts. Comparison: Having stayed at St. Regis as well, I would say St. Regis is miles ahead. If you’re choosing between the two, St. Regis is undoubtedly the better option.

Well truly we had a real great time at Taj, property is too good, We had a very good Spa, we had a worry when we went there whether we will get Jain food but Mr Ganesh (chef) was amazing, he was quick to understand our food choices, all three meals were included in our package, beach was very clean, Climate was also very good, all staff were very polite, disciplined through out the day for all the guests and were looking happy. For a true break from routine life, i recommend people to visit this place, worth spending every penny here. thanks

It's a good property with great hospitality. Nice access to the beach. well maintained Rooms. Good spread of buffet. 45 min drive from Dabolim Airport.

The Room and the View from the was very Good, but the Restaurant food was not as per the Taj standards. Nor the Hospitality of the Staff was as per a 5 star hotel. Will definitely recommend St Regis much better than this at same price

Taj never disappoints. Beautiful and spacious rooms . Great food. Lots of fun activities and games including golf. Pool was under renovation but they opened it partially for the guests. Beach was very clean and not crowded at all. Over all had a great stay.

Everything was perfect... Special mention about the kids activity area, my daughter enjoyed there a lot..

Our stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa was truly excellent! The property is breathtakingly beautiful, from the pristine beach and lush green lawns to the serene ambience that makes you instantly feel at peace. The hospitality was top-notch — warm, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. The buggy service made getting around the vast property very convenient, but I personally wish there were also small, single-person electric scooters available. It would make exploring every corner of this expansive resort even more fun and flexible. Overall, I just wish we had stayed longer than one day — it really felt like a getaway into a calm, luxurious paradise. Highly recommended!

“Negotiating Over Paranthas at a 5-Star? Shockingly Bad Experience at Taj Exotica Goa” We stayed here from 4th to 8th September. Since we had a long road journey to Hyderabad, we requested the reception to keep our bills ready for a seamless early checkout and were also offered the option of a packed breakfast. Everything seemed fine—until the actual experience. On 8th Sept morning, after clearing the bills at 7:15 am, we went to the restaurant and requested 6 paranthas to be packed for the road. Shockingly, the staff outright refused and said they could only pack 2 paranthas per room. Taken aback, I decided to sit and eat there instead, which delayed our travel plan. Soon after, another staff member returned and asked if 4 paranthas would be okay. Imagine this—at a 5-star property, I was literally being “negotiated” with over paranthas: 2, then 4, but not 6. Really? Is Taj earning from paranthas now? Inside the restaurant, I could have eaten 20 paranthas without anyone stopping me, but for takeaway, I was being restricted. The behavior was more upsetting than the denial itself. Finally, someone brought 6 paranthas—but by then we were already done with breakfast. At checkout, when I gave this feedback, the reception staff themselves admitted that the restaurant should not have denied the request at all. Which makes me wonder—are employees making up their own rules? One says 2, another says 4, another says 6. Utter confusion. This left us extremely disappointed. A property like Taj should be about seamless hospitality and consistent service, not petty restrictions and miscommunication. Sadly, I will not be staying here again, nor recommending this property to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at the Taj on 3rd September. For a brand of such stature, the lack of warmth and hospitality was truly unexpected. The disappointment began right from the moment we arrived. Most of the staff, especially at the front desk and restaurant, seemed indifferent and unwelcoming. There was no briefing about the property or its facilities — something you'd expect as a basic courtesy. Ironically, the only staff who showed genuine care were from housekeeping. It’s unfortunate to see such a renowned brand fall short on the very essence of hospitality.

very very nice experience. great atmosphere. Every amenities available. clean and well maintained premises. Private access to the beach is a huge bonus. Food is really top class in taste and variety.
