Super Townhouse Pondicherry Opposite to Rock Beach

very bad experience... Firstly i want to let you know that u cant find this hotel because hote townhouse is not written clearly.....very unhygienic room . U can't even sit there for single minute....Whatever are seen in photo completely changed and very bad. Recommended not to go there....Terrible experience

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. That all. not recommended , if anyone is ok with the stay without any facilities then go for it.

no fan even ac water leaking inside room,no ventilation,and lightening,room smells bad,even hotel is bad,there are cockroaches in room ,even for water bottle they are taking money,they don't even provide water

In makemytrip it’s mentioned brkfst is included and we have paid bt in hotel they did or provide brkfst we want refund

The service was good, we checked in at 12:15ish which could have been a bit earlier. The toiletries, towels, water etc were provided after we entered the room, just a suggestion to keep the room ready prior to guest arrival

-there is no complimentary check in & check out this very tribble for me pols remove the line from the app -and then there is no house keeping also -and i extend the check out time up to just 5hrs for 1500 this is too much -cockroach free room -there is no sufficient lights only less lights are there not enough for the room

The room was clean and good. Washroom was also well maintained. Hotel near to beach. Overall good experience

We have paid for breakfast extra money and in the hotel they are mentioning that they don’t serve breakfast. I don’t understand that why do we need to pay extra money for the hotel which doesn’t serve breakfast.

Convenient location. Warm and hospitable staff. Ever ready to help. Our suite was clean, and well furnished. Some suggestions house staff should look into the regular maintenance of air conditioner and do regular pest control to keep the room hygienic

Everyone who worked there was polite, the room was really large, and everything about the setup was excellent.
