Shalimar Guest House by WB Inn

Even though we booked the hotel, when we reached the hotel they told us that they did not receive any booking. After a lot of calls they agreed that they got the booking and gave us a room. The rooms were terrible. No amenities whatsoever.

They gave my bed to somebody else when I was on work.

Hotel is very good and so near Andheri railway station. My experience is good.

Hotel location very good and so near Andheri railway station and here and there many crowd and food stall so my experience is good but i suggest improve in hotel and every bed near put a mini fan.

Place was good, beds are good, AC is good: but snoring people spoil the experience of peaceful sleep.

Dirty, irritating, unsafe. One night when I returned on my bed someone else was sleeping.

Worst stay, rude behaviour from the reception and staff, smelly dormitory.

Though rooms are with less cost. Better not to choose that. Rooms were stinky and beds with bedbugs. I paid for two day. But stayed only for a night

The staff are not well cultured and not supportive. Current supply problem. Water problem. More over not a well place for accommodation.

Nice and good staff member special at reception.

Hotel is very good. Specially it near from andheri Station. Which was the best part for me.
