Worst experience i had very bad i never seen like this bad stay before very very bad maintenance don’t book

You will not find hotel there in pg area and there is no hotel when contact number given by mmt no one picked that i felt as if i got scammed

Uncleaned washroom, no ac, no ceiling fan, heater not working, western toilet flush not working, rooms are not cleaned for several months.

There were no indications for the stay location, the room wasn't clean. The caretaker did not respond properly for directions.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown RR in homestay (moti bagh near by metro station durgabai Deshmukh) 👌

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.😊😊

The room is full of cockroaches, dirty linen. I will never recommend this hotel. Better make my trip to remove the hotel from listing

Very bad experience. Hotel denied for booking. I called up toll free number, after half an hour they said they will change my booking to some hotel wait for 5-10 minutes. No call received from them. Again inquiring after an hour again they said alternate arrangements can’t be made and you can cancel booking. I keep standing on road for one and half hour. My booking amount of rs 1852 is also not refund. I need to rate -5 for this bad experience very poor service by make my trip members also. No update on refund of booking also. Hope someone reads it

It's totally cheating. We never rectified this property just this people playing drama with 3rd floor 3 rooms. I have loose my money and stay anethor hotel
