Villas by Hangout is a warm and cozy place and service staff is excellent in serving the guests. The food is tasty and homely

The place was absolutely amazing

The hotel staff was very good, but only the thing is, the money was not worth the rooms and the bathrooms the food was also not worth it. Money the food was expensive, and the quantity was very less. Even the swimming pool was not at all nice it was unclean pool was made at the leftover space of the hotel. The location of school was also not very nice.

Worst service in terms of electricity issues, pool was unclean and Infected, food was below average and uncooked, staff was coordial. would recommend to take other options nearby. Electricity was disconnected for 7hrs.

The place was clean and villa was spacious. Meet our expectations. Food was expensive considering the portion sizes. Pool was clean and staff were readily available.

Very Bad experience. Pool was not clean. Breakfast &dinner less variety . And not provided what is promised . Gates were closed night & morning no one to open a person can’t go out or come in while the stay. Breakfast is served late . No one to provide tea in the morning nor a kettle in the room

We faced multiple challenges in the property. Like cleanliness issue, water issue, fan in one room was too noisy, breakfast timings too late etc

Food was good . We faced challenges with cleanliness, water issues in morning,fridge rusted and was not clean, for breakfast need to wait till 9.30am as kitchen itself open at 8.30am (this was a chaos for elderly) with very limited items.Not work the money they charge.

Nice villas for friends and family, staff was very nice.

Amazing property with quite surrounding and close to city food is too awesome ideal for couple and all ladies railway station is close by 10 mins distance

Location/Villa is decent and food is good but attitude of service staff is just horrible. Absence of owners has resulted in disproportionate freedom for service staff who behave in a manner to feel guests unwelcome.

last min booking we did it and it was memorable trip to lonavala they celebrated our anniversary ❤️ with all the arrangements needed family friendly with room service facilty and big pool is awsme thing for kids to play thanks to kiran property manger for all the support

clean and nice same like picture in house restaurant food is too good we try there Pasta and chilly basil Chicken nailed it it's new property on make my trip worth vauled
